How much does an Energy Audit cost?
A stand alone Pre-Retrofit evaluation costs $450 + GST and a Post-Retrofit Evaluation costs $250 + GST. If you are applying for the CEIP or another Government program, a Pre-Retrofit Evaluation costs $495 + GST and a Post-Retrofit Evaluation costs $295 + GST. Travel fees apply outside of Calgary.
How long does an Energy Audit take?
The time required for a pre-retorift energy audit varies based on the size and condition of your home. Typically, it takes around 2 to 3 hours, but larger or older homes may need more time. A post-retrofit audit is about 30 minutes.
Do I need to be present during the energy audit?
While it’s not mandatory, we highly recommend being present during the energy audit. This allows you to ask questions, understand the findings, and get immediate feedback from our advisor.
